To create a group, go to the Groups section in the app and click the "Create Group" button. Fill in the group name, description, and choose whether it's public or private. You can also add a group image and invite friends to join. Once created, you'll be the group owner and can manage members and activities.
Currently, you can only invite friends who are already registered on Barkli. To invite someone, they need to download the app and create an account first. Once they're registered, you can search for them by their user ID and send them a friend request or invite them to your groups.
Use the Dog Parks section in the app to browse all available dog parks. You can filter by city, state, category, or amenities. Each dog park listing shows details like location, hours of operation, amenities, and reviews from other users. You can also view photos and read reviews to help you choose the best park for your dog.
A complete dog profile helps other users find compatible playmates. Include your dog's name, breed, size, age category, energy level, temperament, and play preferences. Add 1-3 photos of your dog and write a bio describing their personality. You can also specify social dispositions and play styles to help match with other dogs.
When you receive an event invitation, you can RSVP by going to the event details page. You'll see options to Accept (you're going), Maybe (you might attend), or Decline (you can't make it). Your RSVP status will be visible to the event organizer and other attendees. You can change your RSVP status at any time before the event.
