Child Safety Standards

Barkli is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Prohibited Content

Users may not:

• Create, upload, share, or promote Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Groom, exploit, or endanger minors.
• Encourage or facilitate child exploitation in any form.

Any account found violating these rules will be permanently suspended.

2. Reporting

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior through:

• The in-app Report feature.

Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible.

3. Enforcement

When we become aware of content involving CSAM or CSAE, we will:

• Remove the offending content immediately.
• Suspend or terminate violating accounts.
• Preserve evidence where legally required.
• Report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

4. Cooperation with Authorities

Barkli cooperates with law enforcement agencies and complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations.

5. Age Requirements

Users must comply with the minimum age requirements applicable in their country. Accounts suspected of belonging to underage users may be restricted or removed.
